To strengthen our team at the BOCS headquarters in Bremen, we are looking for a Legal Counsel for Maritime Claims (m / f / d) ABOUT US : BOCS, Bremen Overseas Chartering and Shipping, is a family-owned shipping company based in Bremen, Germany.
For more than 30 years we operate a regular liner service between Europe and West Africa. With our fleet of MPP vessels we successfully perform transports of general cargo, project and container cargoes including IMO / dangerous goods.

additional language skills are an advantage Proficient in MS Office YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Handling and managing maritime claims Legal assessment of liability and insurance issues Negotiating with claimants, insurers, and other stakeholders Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Collaborating with internal departments and external law firms Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies Supporting the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies INTERESTED TO JOIN THE BOCS CREW?
