(Senior) Creative Manager (m / f / d)

As a (Senior) Creative Manager , you will be responsible for researching and identifying the most relevant trends for our assortment. You will own the trend report, lead creative strategy, and drive the creation of special collections, coordinating the process with external designers. You will work closely with product management and design teams to create a best-in-class product pipeline for Westwing Collection, from idea creation to launch. This position is permanent  and based in  Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analyse market trends and identify relevant ones for Westwing Collection, leveraging AI when suitable
• Create unique and inspiring product briefings for our development team
• Define themes and trends for special collections and seasonal assortments
• Coordinate external designers and ensure alignment with brand vision
• Collaborate with product management and design teams from concept to launch
• Bring to life the creative strategy together with the VP Creative Director
