In this role, you will oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability as we continue to grow. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Aufgaben

YOUR TASKS

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business growth, product launches, and operational efficiency.

Procurement & Demand Planning : Lead procurement activities and demand forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels, seamless product availability, and alignment with business needs.

Logistics & Operations Management : Manage warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Vendor & Supplier Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics providers and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.

Cost Management & Optimization : Analyze costs across the supply chain and implement strategies to improve cost-efficiency without compromising quality or service.

Sustainability & Compliance : Develop and implement sustainable supply chain practices in line with EU regulations.

Collaboration & Reporting : Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, finance, and sales to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifikation

YOUR SKILLS

Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Technical Know-how : Proficiency in supply chain planning tools (ERP systems is a plus).

Demand Forecasting Expertise : Expertise in creating accurate demand forecasts using sales trends, market data, and consumer insights to optimize inventory and supply planning.

Supply Chain Expertise : 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably in the food industry or FMCG sector.

Business Acumen : Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Sustainability Focus : Experience with sustainability initiatives and compliance standards.

Language Skills : Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
