World Fund is a climate VC that raised €300m for ourfirst fund, focusing on decarbonization technologies to create aregenerative world. Our international team includes entrepreneurs,scientists, policy experts, and experienced investors—united by ashared mission to tackle the climate crisis while generating strongfinancial returns.

YourRole

As the Head of InvestorRelations, you will be a key player in shaping our fundraisingefforts and managing relationships with LPs. You will work closelywith our Partners, Principals, and finance team. Youwill :

Develop and execute fundraisingstrategies targeting institutional investors, family offices, andhigh-net-worth individuals.
Cultivate andmaintain strong relationships with existing and prospective LPs,ensuring transparent and timelycommunication.
Collaborate with our finance andcomms teams to create compelling investormaterials.
Organise and participate in investormeetings, conferences, and roadshows.
Monitorindustry trends and competitor activities to provideinsights.

Who YouAre

You have at least 5years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or relatedroles within venture capital, private equity, or financialservices.

You have a successful track record ofraising capital from institutional investors. A track record ofraising capital with family offices and high net worth individualsis a plus.

You possess excellent verbal andwritten communication skills, with the ability to articulatecomplex information clearly andpersuasively.

You excel at cultivating andmaintaining long-term relationships with investors andstakeholders.

You are adept at developing andexecuting effective fundraising strategies aligned with WorldFund’s goals.

You are deeply committed tosupporting technologies that promote decarbonization and aregenerative world.

Native-level fluency inEnglish is highly preferred; proficiency in additional Europeanlanguages is aplus.
