Our Sales Operations team fuels the excitement by empowering Sales to deliver the best inventory for Modern Explorers. We aim to amplify our teams impact on Supplier Acquisition and Optimization by setting clear targets and priorities streamlining processes and equipping Sales teams with effective CRM tools and tailored training. Were all about making things happen and driving success across the board.

You will :

  • Optimize Salesforce processes to align with strategic goals enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Revamp our sales processes in collaboration with Sales and the Strategy & Operations teams to boost productivity.
  • Level up our sales tooling ecosystem by scoping and implementing additional sales engagement and productivityboosting tools.
  • Lead change management by successfully driving the adoption of new tools and processes across our global sales team.
  • Generate actionable insights through advanced data collection and custom reporting supporting strategic decisionmaking and defining key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and address inefficiencies leveraging datadriven insights for performance and process improvements.
  • Engage with senior leadership (Director and above) to ensure alignment of initiatives balance priorities and resolve tradeoffs.

Who you are

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You have 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales leadership roles in a highperformance environment or 3 years in management consulting.
  • You have strong technical expertise in Salesforce including experience with configuration reporting and workflow automation.
  • You have experience with related sales tools such as Gong Apollo and Amplemarket.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and managing change across global sales teams 100 members).
  • You excel at managing crossteam projects and aligning multiple stakeholders creating engagement and efficient processes.
  • Youre a selfstarter who can proactively handle a high degree of ambiguity and doesnt need to be told what to do or how to do it.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
