An established financial services provider specializing in fund administration and distribution , with a focus on private equity and real estate funds. The Luxembourg office, opened around 5 years ago, serves as a key distribution hub for the group, collaborating with teams across Europe.

Located in Belair, the office offers a modern, welcoming workspace with a close-knit team and a supportive, flexible environment.

Senior Compliance - Your Role :

The Senior Compliance AML Officer will oversee key compliance processes and contribute to the company's regulatory framework, with potential to evolve into the MLRO role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft AML / KYC reports, manage controls, and address compliance-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations such as MiFID II, DORA, and GDPR.
  • Review legal documents and oversee fund registration processes.
  • Collaborate with teams across Europe and participate in occasional travel after the probation period.

Senior Compliance - Your Profile :

The ideal candidate has 4 to 7 years of experience in compliance or corporate governance, a strong understanding of AML / KYC processes, and expertise in regulatory frameworks. Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) is essential, while French is an advantage.

The role suits someone proactive, organized, and adaptable , capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a small team.

Senior Compliance - What We Offer :

  • Salary : up to €80,000, depending on experience.
