In collaboration with our development partners, we have developed the innovative software platform daewy, which enables the real-time processing, verification and billing of electronic prescriptions. Database Architect / Database Architect (m / f / d)

YOUR TASKS

• Design, setup and operation of database systems based on Microsoft SQL Server (HA cluster) and PostgreSQL (cloud-native deployments on Red Hat OpenShift)
• Design of the database architecture and harmonization of processes
• Data modelling and schema design taking into account performance, scalability and storage optimization for very large data volumes
• Implementation and maintenance of ETL processes with SSIS and / or Apache Airflow for high-volume data flows
• Ensuring synchronization between MSSQL and PostgreSQL systems, including the design of replication and transformation processes to harmonize the data models between the clusters
• Harmonization and standardization of existing versioning processes (currently Flyway, Alembic)
• Definition and implementation of database standards and governance guidelines together with internal and external partners
• Coordination of multiple service providers and internal teams to ensure uniform data architectures
• Support in monitoring and optimizing performance, index structures, partitioning and query plans
