IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager is a key member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) within the KHE Group IT organization . We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded professional to lead key Digital E-Commerce and IT transformation initiatives across Europe.

In the first phase, you will focus primarily on Terrako , Kubota's European B2B e commerce marketplace for spare parts, which connects professional end customers with a trusted network of authorized dealers across multiple European markets. Over time, you will expand your impact by managing additional IT and digital projects within the Group.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, a solid understanding of e commerce and digital ecosystems, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse markets, languages, and technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Platform Management

• Lead cross-functional IT and digital projects from concept to launch - including marketplace onboarding, platform integrations, and system enhancements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and ensure successful and timely delivery.
