Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth IT operations by managing and optimizing internal IT systems.
  • Provide exceptional support through the ITService Desk equipping users with the tools they need to excel.
  • Analyze user needs and processes to streamline workflows using SaaS tools.
  • Develop and implement costeffective cloudbased solutions that deliver value.
  • Improve the user experience of IT services with a customerfirst mindset.
  • Simplify complex technological topics for nontechnical audiences.
  • Support ITrelated deliverables in projects contributing to the companys vision.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in IT Operations and Support.
  • Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows and macOS hardware within a Microsoft Cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud software tools like Atlassian Stack Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Slack and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of IT Service lifecycle and tools (e.g. Jira ITAsset Management Database Intune).
  • Strong work prioritization skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Ability to map business processes to IT services effectively.
  • Excellent communication documentation and problemsolving skills.
  • Teamoriented openminded and eager to learn.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to work onsite at the Dresden office 23 days per week.
