Marketing Manager

The company
Our client is an acknowledged track and trace software business offering packaging, coding, authentication, and traceability solutions to combat counterfeiting and meet regulatory compliance.
They work across several industries, such as Manufacturing, Food & Beverage but largely, their client base is made up of pharmaceutical businesses.
The role
In this role your primary responsibility will be to support marketing efforts across Europe and the Middle East as part of overall company Marketing program.
This will consist of driving demand generation efforts across channels, such as content marketing, email campaigns, social media, SEO / SEM, events, webinars, and partnerships.
Other responsibilities include :
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on developing unique and educational content
- Translating content to other European languages
- Assist partner marketing initiatives to drive pipeline generation
- Plan and manage events including tradeshows, customer meetings and conferences
- Contribute to the development, execution, and optimization of all lead generation and nurturing campaigns
- Brainstorm with the marketing, sales and BDR teams to maximize the ROI of each campaign
- Obsess over pipeline growth and innovate to drive that growth
The requirements
5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a preference for SaaS, as well as
- Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing, Business or a related field
- Proven experience with content creation
- Fluency in German and English
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing demand-generation activities
- Sound understanding of analytical marketing tools
