Your tasks
- Responsible for the management and reporting of KPIs, including the planning of human resources and cost planning.
- Optimization of inventory management, especially work-in-progress and stock levels to ensure efficient material availability.
- Identification and minimization of missing parts to avoid production interruptions.
- Actively participate in the development of a comprehensive resource strategy for the Industrial Site area.
- Supporting the implementation of innovative processes and structures as part of AOS Bricks.
- Driving forward the digitalization and automation of the KPI landscape to increase efficiency.
- Taking over the management of sub-projects to ensure the successful implementation of corporate goals.
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor's degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or economics.
- Extensive experience in the fields of aerospace, product development, project management, supply chain or logistics.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Sound knowledge of Google Workspace is a must; knowledge of SAP, Skywise and Spotfire is an advantage.
- Residence in Germany
