StellenbeschreibungEnsure the monitoring and management of billing related to rights and royalties Verify and guarantee the proper execution of contracts Collaborate with the family's various service providers to meet their needs Propose and analyse financial dashboards containing various data Previous experience in client relationship management or as an assistant manager for a family office Strong administrative and financial management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable, very good communication skills Fluency in English and German Strong financial skills for creating and analysing dashboards Excellent client relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple service providers and coordinate their services Availability for occasional travel within Europe

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and various administrative and financial tasks, including :
- Monitoring the billing of rights and royalties
