Your Tasks

You are responsible for performing instrumental analysis (gas chromatography / mass spectrometry, HPLC) as part of flavor development for raw materials, finished products, and customer samples

You provide advisory and support to the flavorists in the development of new flavors

You will manage and maintain analytical data and optimize this data for use in our digital systems and for the development of new digital tools

You contribute ideas for the innovative digitalization of the analytical workflow

You ensure optimal information exchange within the department and with all relevant interfaces

You are responsible for optimizing processes and organizational structures, as well as implementing corresponding measures in consultation with your direct supervisor

You implement internal and legal specifications and guidelines regarding hygiene, HACCP, food safety, operational safety, and environmental protection

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or a comparable field of study
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with gas chromatography / mass spectrometry and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• You are enthusiastic about working with data and IT systems
• A high level of customer orientation and good time management are top priorities for you
• Ideally, you have initial experience with SAP
• Your work language is English, German is a plus
