Study Program Administrator - German French and English speaking

We are looking for one of our client for a Study Programme Administrator for a period of 3 months, renewable.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate standard study programme administration tasks.
• Manage student records and provide support on enrolment and academic matters.
• Plan and schedule courses, allocate classrooms, and handle related logistics.
• Act as a point of contact for teachers, offering administrative and organisational support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of academic services.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in administrative roles, ideally within academic or customer service-oriented environments.
• Proven skills in calendar and schedule management.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and a talent for prioritising tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with high-level stakeholders
• Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
