We are looking for a communicative, organized, and problem-solving CUSTOMER SUCCESS CONSULTANT skilled in Project Coordination to assume a hybrid position at SafeStart Europe.
This role is designed for professionals allowed to work in Europe , able to speak German and French (one mother tongue and the other at a bilingual level), as well as being fluent in English .❗️❗️
The ideal candidate must have a minimum a 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, technical support, and project management / coordinator role. He / she must be a motivated individual who is technical, have experience in software implementation and have excellent organisational / project management skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position reports jointly to the Global Manager of Customer Success and the Sales Director in Europe.
As a Costumer Success for YOUFactors , he / she must have a passion for technology, in order to assist the clients with planning, implementation and configuration of our mobile app and cloud-based solution. The candidate will provide product and implementation expertise as work with clients to understand their business requirement, guiding them in their learning journey.
The candidate will be expected to work remotely, ensuring efficient communication and a smooth, on-time project execution as a Project Coordinator . Also must have project management acumen, ensure optimal resources and time planning.
