Our GreenTech client is on a mission to decarbonise Europe by accelerating the adoption of renewable energy - one solar panel, battery and EV charger at a time. Backed by a recent $120m funding round, this Berlin-based startup has built the digital operating system for the energy transition - empowering over 200 local installers across Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland to scale faster, and get clean tech into more homes.

As Product Manager, you will be central to designing and delivering products that directly drive this green transition. Working closely with the Chief Product Officer, you’ll define vision and strategy, build features that help installers and end-users, and oversee internal credit and finance tools that underpin clean energy deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Co-create product strategy and roadmap from the ground up, aligning what the market needs with internal system requirements and clean energy goals.
- Conduct user and market research - talk with installers, analyze product data, and track trends - to derive actionable insights that guide product decisions.
- Design, build, and refine internal tools that support credit operations : e.g. creditworthiness checks, KYC, invoicing, ensuring these tools scale efficiently.
- Translate cross-functional stakeholder needs (Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Design) into clear, prioritized product initiatives.
- Craft wireframes, prototypes, and designs that resolve real installer pain points and make clean tech adoption simple for customers.
- Support go‑to‑market : help commercial teams understand new features so they can deliver value, and provide feedback loops for continuous improvement.
