Roles and Responsibility of FTI Technician;
- Maintain and tracking the calibration of basic lab equipment
- Responsible for charge of handling the use of equipment
- Responsible for producing harness based on FTI harness designs
- Participation in Integration testing during lab and field tests
- Onboard harness, sensors and equipment installations
- Should be able to view and interpret CAD and FEM files
- Should take ownership in delivering below artifacts;
Lab and On-Board FTI harness : Deliver complete FTI harness for both laboratory and onboard use, meeting the specified requirements and standards
FTI system Lab and Onboard test report : Comprehensive report for both laboratory and onboard FTI systems, detailing the results, observationsFTI System calibration report : Share calibration report for the FTI systemFTI System Installation report : Detailed report on the installation of FTI systems on the aircraft, including any challenges faced and solutions appliesFTI System commissioning report : Commissioning of the FTI system to ensure meeting the operational requirementsProgress report : Progress report detailing the status of FTI system implementation, highlighting achievements and address any issuesFlight Test Support Daily Report : Daily report during flight testBuild and install : Harness assemblies, Strain Gauges, The client's systems, accelerometers, and other sensor parametersEnsure that products, parts, supplies, and consumables are adequately stocked to meet Installation requirementsWork from a variety of technical materials such as blueprints, schematics, handbooks, drawings, and engineering work orders providing feedback as required
