For our client in the aerospace industry we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment :

Your responsibilities :

The Jobholder (d / f / m) will work as Buyer for MSI & Interiors R&T projects.

  • Ensure coordination with Airbus R&T, engineering and program teams to formulate the appropriateprocurement strategies for a variety of R&T projects
  • Participation in strategic project as #zeroE (Zero Emission) for PSCI
  • Support a coherent and strategic approach to the supply chain for R&T, integrat market intelligence,suppliers' strategic positioning and performance into sourcing decisions
  • Manage procurement activities related to R&T (run call for tenders RFI / RFP, prepare and conductnegotiations until contract signature, manage contract templates, follow-up execution and prepareamendments)
  • Through R&T projects, you will perform sourcing and screening activities to identify potential newpartners
  • Negotiate the necessary Cooperation and Research Agreements with Suppliers thereby securingthe appropriate IP rights for Airbus, thus enabling multi-sourcing and competitiveness for the future
  • Develop a large network internally and externally
  • Ensure professional and trusting supplier relationship management with major aeronautical industryplayers and uphold the Company ethics and compliance standards in all your dealings.

Personal requirements :

  • Good communication skills to ensure information flow
  • The ability to integrate into a team
  • High level of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent
  • Willingness to travel on business (possible several times a year)

    • studies :

  • Engineering at least Bachelor's degreeor
  • Business administration at least Bachelor's degree

    • Professional experience :

  • Purchase for at least 5 years
  • Customer service with efficient project management is a plus

    • knowledges :

  • Project management at least very good knowledge
  • Process management at least very good knowledge

    • IT :

  • Google Workspace is an advantage

    • further qualifications :

  • Experience in contract and international negotiations with external stakeholders(suppliers, customers) is desirable

    • Language Skills :

  • German at least well versed
  • At least business fluent in English
