The Manager Materials Planning (f / m / d) for BeckmanCoulter Diagnostics is responsible for direct materials supplytaking forecasts, availability of material and manufacturingcapacity into account. In this position you are also responsiblefor identifying and maintaining the appropriate replenishmentmethods as well as planning parameters in our ERP systems tooptimize raw material supply while keeping adequate inventorylevels.

This position is located in Munich,Baierbrunn and will beon-site.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Lead,mentor, and develop a team of buyer planners, fostering a cultureof high performance and accountability.
• Developand implement strategies to balance supply anddemand.
• Coordinate with procurement,production, and logistics teams to ensure timely materialavailability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levelsto prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Implementinventory control policies and procedures.
• Actas a liaison between various departments to facilitate effectivecommunication and coordination, ensuring alignment across theorganization.

Youwill work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials and negotiate lead times and orderquantities.

Part of the job is analyzing andreporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to materialsplanning & inventory performance, using this data to drivecontinuous improvements.

Implement and championcontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness in materials planning will also be aresponsibility.
