Technical Support Engineer (m / f / d)

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to lead post-sales service operations for both C&I and residential energy storage products . This role ensures best-in-class customer support, oversees technical service teams, and drives service excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee troubleshooting, hotline support, and service escalation.
- Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for C&I and residential energy storage products.
- Conduct diagnostics and repair system faults efficiently.
- Support installers and customers with technical inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Participate in training sessions to ensure technical expertise in product solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to improve product reliability.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.3+ years of experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or field engineering.Hands-on experience with battery storage, solar, or power electronics.Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in relevant software & CRM tools.Fluent in German and English.
