    For those seeking meaningful work and a strong team environment, this role offers :

  • Independent preparation of valuations for residential properties, and (depending on experience) commercial and special-use properties.
  • Participation in portfolio valuations and coordination of property viewings.
  • Active contribution to organizational development and internal processes.
  • Depending on qualifications, support and coaching of colleagues, including review of valuation reports.

    • What’s needed?

  • Experience in market value assessments, ideally including mortgage lending value in the banking sector.
  • Familiarity with valuation software (e.g., LORA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in standard Office applications.

    • For senior roles :

  • Certification (e.g., HypZert, DIAZert, MRICS) and several years of experience in property valuation.
  • Strong command of LORA or similar tools.
  • Interest in process optimization and complex technical challenges.
  • A structured, solution-oriented approach and adaptability to varying demands.
  • High sense of responsibility and customer focus.
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team spirit.
