As the first Business Development professional in Europe, you will play a critical role in shaping strategy, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth . With a strong technical foundation and a track record of success in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or chemical industries, you will spearhead market penetration, engaging with biotech, pharmaceutical, and chemical companies to establish long-term partnerships .
What You’ll Do :
- Lead market expansion across Europe, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and specialty chemical industries.
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to position the company as a go-to partner for complex chemistry needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, from R&D to production, to deliver tailor-made solutions to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
What You’ll Bring :
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management in a CDMO, fine chemicals, or specialty manufacturing environment.Strong technical understanding of chemistry, contract manufacturing, or custom synthesis .A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and build something from the ground up .Fluency in English and German preferred; other European languages are a plus.Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.Why Join?
