Marketeers effectively spread the word : In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands-up for private investors from all backgrounds and all levels of experience. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth.

As Brand Strategy Manager, you will be an integral part of Trade Republic, collaborating closely with many other departments, such as growth, community, creative, product, and senior leadership, to continuously develop, operationalize and communicate our brand strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Develop and execute extensive brand strategies across all markets and channels that align with the company’s overall business objectives and marketing strategy

Continuously develop and manage brand guidelines, including brand tone of voice, visual identity, and brand personality to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Partner with internal and external stakeholders and managing brand campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the overall business strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as team creative, to define and communicate the brand’s positioning, messaging, and identity

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years experience in branding; ideally in tech or high growth environments

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate complex business objectives into brand strategies

Experience working with multiple markets and ability to deploy a centralized approach while considering different geographical needs

Exceptional ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive brand awareness

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in English, German beneficial
