Description
Participate in design and improve state of the art motion systems (XYZ sub microns high G stages / active dumping flotation systems / Air&Ball bearings high precision motors...)
Lead FA (Failure Analysis) investigations and field system failure Escalations in the area of motion components
Perform extensive data analysis for evaluating system performance.
Partner with international motion system experts
Drive continuous improvement of motion systems by modifying existing motion control loop and develop stage test benches
Perform and support assembling / integrating / testing for motion systems in manufacturing
Creating ECO (Engineering Change Orders), structuring BOMs and creating test and assembly documentation as needed
Generate and maintain process and equipment work instructions, drawings, and other production document to conform to specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years in motion control field.
Programming capabilities - MATLAB\Python\LabView\C (one or more)
Knowledge in control & electrical systems
Project lead and project management abilities
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to support technical issues, set-up experiments, and perform data analysis
