Task Responsibilities :

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with Cargolux.

Assist the Compliance & Ethics Department in developing an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees and ongoing training for all employees and managers.
Assist in establishing a multiannual compliance training and communications strategy.
Support the department in the establishment and monitoring of a Compliance and Ethics culture.
Support in the preparation of training materials.
Prepare training statistics and ensure adequate follow-up.
Help the compliance organization in respect to communication initiatives and CSR projects.
Support the Compliance & Ethics Department in general administrative tasks.

Essential Requirements For The Position :

MA / MS in communication in preferably, or Master Degree in Law or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, teams).

Fluency in written and spoken English & French; any other language is an advantage.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to transform complex topics into clear and engaging material.

Creative mindset, with an eye for visual design.

Team player, flexible and willing to work on a variety of topics.

Basic understanding of compliance key regulatory and legal requirements is an advantage.

Proven experience delivering training and / or giving presentations is an advantage.

Working Conditions :

Temporary full-time position, based in our HQ Luxembourg.

Occasional travel may be required.

A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
