We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Developer with expertise in modern C++, familiarity with C# and .NET, and strong problem-solving skills to join our team focused on securities trading. This role requires a mix of independent module development, creativity in solutions design, and attention to high-quality coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

Independently design and develop new modules and applications to support automated and manual securities trading, while maintaining and enhancing existing systems.
Build reliable, high-performance software that is easily adaptable for trading, back-office, analysis, and simulation needs.
Utilize various technologies, including client-server systems, network protocols, and databases, to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
Engage regularly with end-users to understand trading processes, ensuring solutions are tailored to user needs.

Required Expertise and Skills

Degree in a relevant field preferred, but practical experience is prioritized.

Advanced knowledge of modern C++ and the standard library.

Experience with Boost libraries.

Basic understanding of C# and .NET framework.

Familiarity with message-oriented communication and databases (preferred).

Proficient in German (C1) and English (B2), with strong communication skills.

Initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to solving novel problems.
