We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is ready to roll up their sleeves to help build something meaningful. The earliest possible entry date is the first of November.

Key Responsibilities :

Build, optimize, and scale our FinTech platform for small-business lending

Drives decisions that influence the product’s functionality, design, and technical infrastructure

Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, data science, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Share your ideas clearly through written and verbal communication

Dein Profil

What You Bring :

5-10 years of experience in software development.

Proficiency in Python and / or JavaScript

Pragmatic & Get-things-Done attitude : a strong desire to solve meaningful problems without the burden of managing large teams.

Ability to understand and align technical solutions with business goals

Experience working with lean teams

A growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt (including new tech stacks)

Excellent communication skills (in English)

Preferred but not Mandatory :

Prior experience working with FinTech products

Hands-on experience with AWS

Experience with serverless computing
