About the Company :

This job description is for a Salesforce Consultant role, which combines both technical and functional expertise to help clients fully leverage Salesforce’s platform, particularly in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

About the Role :

Here’s a summary of key responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits :

Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert advice on Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and cross-platform solutions.
  • Lead workshops, design, and implement Salesforce features, acting as a liaison between clients and development teams.
  • Manage complex issues and work with client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives like mentoring, recruitment, and pre-sales.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in business informatics, business administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, integration experience with ERP / Legacy systems.
  • Fluent in English, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Industry experience in Travel, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Retail.
