To strengthen their team in Technical Service Department Europe, currently, we are looking for a Technical Service Manager (m / f / d)’ in North Rhine-WestphaliaResponsibilitiesApplication technical support of customers(key accounts), in the area of solvent-based industrial coatings, powder coatings and printing inks in Europe and selected export countriesInitiate and monitor basic and customer-related laboratory work in collaboration with the Research Services departmentActive participation in development projects (Stage Gate projects) together with the pigment innovation and marketing departments Technical support in the introduction of new paint and ink pigments and in the consolidation of the existing product portfolioMaintaining and coordinating technical complaintsContinuous development and management of technical expertise as well as application know-how, presentations at specialist congresses and trade fairsRequirements Successfully completed training in the field of chemistry, paint technology or paint engineering Ideal would be at least 3 years professional experience in the coatings laboratory and in the technical application consulting in the field of coatings and printing inksYou have a sympathetic, convincing character and very good communication skills.
