Your mission
- Be responsible for communicating with our customers in the after-sales phase (complaints) by telephone and CRM system (Salesforce). You’ll also provide on-site support to customers with complaints at our showroom in Ochtrup
- Pursue a solution-oriented approach and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with the customer and our logistics service providers to initiate returns and redeliveries of goods
- Maintain close contact with our logistics service providers and be available to answer their questions regarding deliveries
Your profile
You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to work in a commercial or business-related role. However, lateral entry may also be possibleInitial) professional experience in complaints management or customer careVery good written and spoken German; knowledge of foreign languages advantageousThe ability to work in a team and with care and initiative.
