For our management staff we are looking for a

Project Manager / Project Leader (m / f / d) SAP S / 4 HANA

The job holder / product owner will define the SAP S / 4HANA strategy for ekom21 together with the management. Furthermore, the job holder will chair the SAP Change Advisory Board and will be a member of the SAP Key User Community. The position can be based at one of our offices in Darmstadt, Gießen, Kassel or Fulda. This position is a full-time position, which is in principle divisible.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Creation and development of a long-term SAP strategy
  • Proactive coordination with our "SAP Operations" team in the function of an internal service provider for ongoing operations, administration and system customization
  • Proactively initiating the optimization of the SAP solution portfolio
  • Proactively working towards the provision of knowledge for the effective use of existing functionalities
  • Analyzing and introducing new SAP technologies to increase the company's efficiency and competitiveness
  • Leading projects as specified by the management

The level of pay is based on a salary up to EG 15 TVöD (VKA) and will be subject to a final individual assessment and personal qualifications.

What you bring with you

  • You have a Master's degree in business administration with a focus on economics or computer science
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the core business processes of an IT service provider and the development of KPIs
  • You have an understanding of the system-internal processing logics of the SAP modules FI, CO, MM, SD and PP used and also have an in-depth understanding of the integrative interaction of the SAP modules used
  • Ideally, you have extensive experience in managing cross-location teams
  • You have strong methodological expertise in IT service management (ITIL framework) as well as in classic / agile project management
  • You are characterized by solution-oriented, entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, have a structured and independent way of working and good time management skills
  • You have social skills and people skills. You are characterized by your knowledge of human nature, empathy, critical thinking and intercultural skills. When working in a team, you are a team player, able to deal with conflict and willing to cooperate
  • Willingness to travel between our locations in Hesse
