Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services while efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company guidelines to assist customers effectively.
  • Adhere to established procedures to maintain service excellence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup
