YOUR Job at dentsu :

You coordinate DACH Risk & Compliance Committee activities, following global guidelines for agendas and minutes

You support other departments in new compliance activities, coordinate internal control processes, and monitor DI project implementations

You collaborate with senior management , interact with employees regarding internal procedure updates, and respond to E&C-related questions

You recommend modifications to local policies, procedures, regulations, and processes to meet legal, internal, and DACH standards

You manage due diligence processes related to E&C, ensuring integration in acquisition processes

YOUR Skills for dentsu :

Proficient in Ethics and Compliance processes and procedures

Strong analytical and reporting skills for internal projects

Knowledgeable in Risk and Compliance Committee coordination

Familiarity with internal audit and control processes

Ability to adapt and manage procedures for internal reporting and protection of whistleblowers

fluent in German and English
