Responsibilities

Ensure and perform the concurrence with the Program Management Office and the Maintenance Operations organisations to stablish the incoming inputs to industrialise
Develop and maintain product manufacturing structure
Perform process simulation and develop, compile and control standard times and routes
Develop, implement and support concepts for innovative tooling design and define manufacturing and assembly process according to customer´s requirements and ergonomic standards
Ensure the update of SOIs and routes, continuous improvement to reduce cost and / or lead time
Coordinate the concurrence with Engineering related to technical support when required and report Approved Data incidences
As business strategy, collaborate and support Industrial Research in Eurofighter FAL or MRO Manching, deploying in the shop floor technological achievements

Your Profile

You have completed a master's degree / diploma programme in engineering, aerospace or mechanical engineering

Experience in aircraft maintenance and Manufacturing / Manufacturing Engineering is mandatory

Knowledge of aircraft systems is required

Ideally MTM-Qualification is available

You are business fluent in German and English
