Senior Full-Stack Software Developer (m / f / d)

Salary : 70.000 - 90.000 EUR per year

Requirements :

• Extensive experience in modern web development Strong proficiency in React (v18+), Next.js (v14+), and TypeScript for frontend applications.
• Backend & database expertise Solid experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Cloud infrastructure & DevOps Hands-on experience with Docker, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Scalable & high-performance applications Knowledge of monorepos (Nx / Turbo), microservices, and modern API architectures.
• AI-driven development mindset Familiarity with MLOps, LLM integration, and automation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities :

Develop & maintain scalable applications Work across the frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, databases) to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.

Optimize AI-driven solutions Contribute to the integration of AI technologies and enhance automation in business processes.

Ensure software quality & best practices Write clean, maintainable code, implement automated tests, and follow modern CI / CD workflows.

Drive technical decisions & architecture Take ownership of key development projects, shaping the architecture, design, and performance of applications.

Mentor & collaborate with the team Guide junior developers, participate in peer code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Work in a hybrid & agile environment Collaborate in a cross-functional team, attend on-site sessions in Cologne (twice per week), and contribute to sprint planning.
