Legal Counsel - Photovoltaic systems - German / English (m / f / d), Frankfurt area

Your responsibilities

Supporting our client in corporate law matters (approval of accounts, drafting of intra-group agreements, management of the required legal formalities)

Drafting and reviewing contracts in German and English in the field of renewable energies (land lease, development partnership agreements)

Preparing legal documents required for participation in invitations to tender and consultations

Providing legal advice on corporate, contract and regulatory matters to all relevant stakeholders

Handling litigation and insurance matters

Ensuring legal reporting

Implementing guidelines and processes for contract reviews, compliance matters and participating in their improvement

Required experience

Post-graduate degree in corporate or business law

Experience of general company or commercial law as well as negotiating and drafting of commercial contracts

Preferably 4-5 years post-qualification experience in a comparable field; experience in renewable energies is a plus

Team-player and dedicated problem-solver with a can-do attitude who is interested in handling multiple assignments

Analytical skills+ with a pragmatic mindset, capable to identify key risks

Autonomous and reliable person

Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills

Fluent in German and English
