(Senior) Solution Architect AI (mwd)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR :

We are looking for a Solution Architect to support our artificial intelligence solutions through hands-on prototyping and sales enablement. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges design tailored solutions and continuously improve our offering. By demonstrating and adapting our state-of-the-art computer-vision AI pipeline youll help customers unlock real business value. The prototypes and proof-of-concepts you create will be critical to their success. If you combine strong technical skills with a passion for problem-solving and exceptional customer experiences wed love to meet you.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• You demonstrate solutions to potential customers identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements.
• You are responsible for problem solving in a proactive and professional manner.
• You will manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email.
• You create FAQs assist in building our online community and write documentation.
