What you will do

As a future Manager, you will support the management on the business and talent development of the service, covering the below aspects :

• Lead of a team of 4 / 5 reporting juniors and seniors
• Coordinate your team with internal and external parties (client and auditor particularly)
• Prepare KPIs and organise debriefing meetings with client after each closing
• Review the financial statements in agreement with their respective GAAP
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the internal production tools and contribute to its continuous improvement
• Recognize opportunities and recommend the adequate improvements
• Onboard new clients looking for delegating their financial statement production
