Job Title : ServiceNow Master Architect (German Speaking - NATIVE / C1 or above)

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Master Architect to join our client's team remotely in Germany.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consulting Architecture with over 8 years of experience and a proven track record in ITSM and ITOM implementation projects.
This role demands a deep understanding of solution design and end-to-end implementation, ensuring that the client's needs are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the complete solution design for ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ITSM and ITOM projects, from initial scoping through to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams, to define and document detailed technical requirements and solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stay current with ServiceNow technologies and industry trends, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions into project designs.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Consulting Architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification, or actively working towards obtaining certification.
- Extensive experience in ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) implementation projects.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
Preferred Skills :
- Additional certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies.
- Experience with other ITSM / ITOM tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices.
