QA / QC Engineer

IntroWe are a dynamic start-up building a CAD webapplication using React. As part of our commitment to delivering ahigh-quality product, we are looking for a proactive anddetail-oriented QA / QC Engineer. Initially, you will focus oncreating and maintaining end-to-end tests using Playwright,ensuring robust visual and functional testing. Over time, your rolewill expand to include designing and implementing unit tests and acomprehensive testing strategy.TasksDevelop and maintain end-to-endtests using Playwright for functional and visualtesting.Collaborate with developers to identify test requirementsand create automated test scripts.Design and implement acomprehensive testing plan, including unit, integration, andregression testing.Analyze and troubleshoot issues uncovered duringtesting, providing detailed feedback to the developmentteam.Monitor and improve test coverage across theapplication.Establish testing best practices and integrate theminto the CI / CD pipeline.Support scalability and performance testingas the application grows.Regularly review and update test cases toalign with new features and changes.RequirementsTechnicalSkills : Proven experience with automated testing frameworks(Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.).Proficiency inJavaScript / TypeScript and familiarity with React-basedapplications.Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest,Mocha).Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and integrating testingtools.Familiarity with CAD tools or domain knowledge is asignificant plus.Background in performance and scalabilitytesting.Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.Excellent communication skills for collaborating withdevelopers and other team members.Ability to work in a fast-pacedstart-up environment.Familiarity with CAD tools or domain knowledgeis a significant plus.Background in performance and scalabilitytesting.BenefitsThe opportunity to work on a groundbreaking AIplatform for the AEC industry.A collaborative and innovative workenvironment.Competitive salary with opportunities forgrowth.Flexible working arrangements
