Role Background

The Account Management team is at the core of Wolts mission. As a Junior Account Manager youll play a vital role in helping our restaurant partners succeed on our platform. Youll learn the ins and outs of operations marketing logistics and product - anything to unlock sustainable growth for your partners.

Youll gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Operations and Sales as well as Senior Leadership making this the perfect role to launch your career in at Wolt.

• Build and manage relationships with key restaurant partners : Be the go-to person for your portfolio of partners ensuring they feel supported and engaged.
• Drive performance and growth : Use datapoints from various sources to identify opportunities to accelerate your partners businesses and improve the value of our platform.
• Deliver outstanding partner experiences : Keep restaurant partners informed engaged and happy utilizing various communication channels and in-person visits.
• Promote Wolts services : Introduce partners to new features campaigns and services such as Wolt Ads and Promotions.
• Research and innovate : Stay ahead of market trends and propose initiatives to enhance Wolts value proposition.
