As part of our Channels and Engagement team within Corporate Affairs, you will contribute to shaping Boehringer Ingelheim's presence across global digital channels. Our team makes sure that every post, page, and campaign reflects who we are and what we stand for. We guide and support the organization in building strong social media and website strategies and help keep our channels consistent and impactful. We also provide strategic support during paid campaigns, community interactions, social listening, and crisis communication to protect trust in our company. Through tailored training and hands on support, our team helps colleagues across the globe and businesses grow their digital skills and tell their stories effectively.

You will gain an insight into the following topics and areas of activities:

• Supporting social media and corporate website strategy projects across Human Health, Animal Health and Corporate Affairs
• Contributing to social listening, content quality programs, and campaign evaluation activities
• Supporting training development and digital upskilling initiatives across the organization
• Learning how to apply best practices for high quality content, SEO, and AI driven search optimization
• Getting to know the operational and regulatory environment specific to global pharmaceutical industry
• Working within Corporate Communications of a global brand

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or any other relevant field
• Excellent command of English, both in written and spoken form
• Prior experience in communications through internships or part-time jobs is a plus
• Experience in copywriting and editing
• High affinity to Social Media
• Skillful use of MS Office
• High level of initiative and motivation, a structured way of working, and excellent team skills
• Great performance in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings

What we can offer you:

• A full-time Communication traineeship (Volontariat) is37.5 hours per week.
• During your traineeship you will receive a wage of €2,800 per month.
• You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the Communication traineeship (Volontariat).
• In our team, we offer ahybrid working model. This means you can work remotely for several days per week.
• The reporting manager will develop a Volontariat plan with you to enable a learning curve throughout the program. You and the reporting manager are responsible to ensure that the plan is executed.
• The duration of the communication traineeship (Volontariat) is 18 months.
• The possibility of doing internal internships within other communication teams
• Internal and external trainings to keep up with industry trends
