You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. • Outsourced Staff will deliver DSE, MIP / Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements.
• Deliver the engagements under the direction of the Supplier Lead
• Responsible for supporting customer tech intensity.
• Update skills profile in line with ‘Ringed Fenced’ technologies and delivery scopeRequired Skills :
• Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
• At least five or more years’ project experience.
• Proven subject matter expertise in the following :
• 5+ years’ experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, technology management
• Self-reliant and strong team player, working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly.
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
• PowerShell\\Scripting experienceMicrosoft Exchange Server : Administering Exchange Environments : o Managing large deployments of Exchange environments and messaging systems.o Handling configurations and support for Exchange / , Active Directory, Windows Server / , SQL Server, Veeam Backup, and Microsoft SharePoint technologies.o Analyzing technical problems and creating solutions using existing techniques or tools.Monitoring and Troubleshooting :
• Monitoring Microsoft SCOM alerts to proactively respond, analyze, and troubleshoot potential incidents.
• Tracking incidents in the Altiris Ticketing System.
• Monitoring server performance, running diagnostic tests, performing backups, and handling cluster failovers.
• Monitoring Exchange message queues, resolving non-deliveries, and performing message trackingUser Account Management : o Creating user accounts and mailboxes.o Performing mailbox moves and restores.Active Directory General :
• Support and Implementation Troubleshooting and Configuration
• Desired Skills and Experience’s, DoD hardening, and security compliance auditing.
• Configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding fundamental concepts associated with Windows Systems Support and PKI.Preferred skills
• Familiar with status messages and various server and client-side logs used for troubleshooting.
• Hands on with popular internal utilities to find RCA for performance related bottlenecks.
• Hands-on to EUC space (AVD) will be an added advantage.
• Cloud Fundamentals and Windows networking.
• Experience working with Microsoft project or client interface
