Join our team as a Manufacturing Cost Control and Analysis (MC&A) expert, where you'll collaborate with site managers and support organizations across multiple regions. This role involves providing financial insights to drive profitability and managing risks in manufacturing operations. You'll also participate in key projects like SAP rollouts and process improvements, enhancing analysis and reporting capabilities.
This is the role
Reporting to the C&LCS Business Controller, this role is responsible for manufacturing cost control and analysis (MC&A), reporting, and internal controls coordination across multiple sites in the Netherlands, Belgium, North America (California), and Germany. The role also provides MC&A support to several smaller Western European joint ventures on behalf of the Business Controller C&LCS EMEAI. This position requires direct collaboration with site managers and their teams, as well as partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement and other support organizations to ensure compliance with accounting principles and control standards impacting manufacturing costs, working capital, and overall business performance. This role serves as an active business partner to Site Managers and their teams, Business Managers, Business Finance, Internal Controls, and Audit. It encompasses all accounting functions for assigned sites, including month-end close, manufacturing cost analysis (fixed and variable), manufacturing and corporate reporting, and internal controls coordination. The role may require international travel.
