Allegiance Group are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the construction or management consulting industry.
This role involves acquiring new customers, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, conducting market analysis and developing effective sales strategies.
Fluency in both German and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
New Customer Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients, develop and implement strategies
to secure new business.
Sales : Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to our industry.
Client Management : Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Strategy Development : Develop and refine sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Requirements :
- Strong experience of sales experience in the construction or management consulting industry.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage client relationships.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends within the construction or management consulting sector.
- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
