Your mission

We're looking for a Partnership & Growth Lead to accelerate our growth over 6 months. You'll connect with pilot users, build strategic partnerships, and validate our product-market fit across developer tools and enterprise AI teams.

This isn't traditional sales - it's about building a movement. You'll help technical teams understand that testing deserves the same sophistication as development, while showing business stakeholders how their expertise can shape AI quality.

Your profile

Engage Pilot Users (40%)

• Identify AI teams building LLM applications across startups and enterprises
• Conduct discovery conversations with developers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders
• Guide pilot users through onboarding and gather actionable feedback
• Build case studies demonstrating value across different use cases
• Execute campaigns via GitHub, Discord, LinkedIn, dev communities, and conferences
