Billing officer - Your Role :

  • Manage the full billing cycle : from preparing invoices to ensuring their timely and accurate delivery.

You'll benefit from a structured, digitalized environment.

  • Your work ensures smooth financial operations and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders : including lawyers, finance teams, and client contacts.

    • Your collaboration helps align financial processes with case-specific needs.

  • You become a trusted point of contact and a key business partner.
  • Follow up and report : create monthly reports, coordinate with the collections team, and handle billing queries.

    • You provide clarity and insight.

  • Your expertise supports strategic financial decisions.

    • Billing officer - Your Profile :

  • Stable experience of 3 to 5 years' in billing, in a law firm or financial institution
  • Full professional fluency in French and English
  • High attention to detail, autonomous , and organized
  • Strong Excel and general IT skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage responsibilities independently
