In this role, you will establish and manage an international sales and business development team, driving sales growth and fostering sustained business relationships. Reporting directly to the COO, you will spearhead efforts to build and maintain partnerships with both long-term clients and new customers. Your focus will be on creating a high-performance team with a winning mentality, overseeing all aspects of the sales process—from pre-sales activities to contract signing—and ensuring continuous customer communication. This position demands a strategic mindset, outstanding leadership skills, and a readiness to leverage the latest technologies to maximize sales impact. YOURMISSION
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a robust international sales strategy. Tailor value propositions for diverse regions and customer groups, and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline. Report directly to the COO and provide monthly updates to the CEO.
- Driving Growth : Expand market share and turnover in key international markets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Building Winning Teams : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement through performance metrics and coaching.
- Customer-Centric Solutions : Understand customer requirements and align offerings to provide tailored solutions. Oversee proposal generation and lead high-stakes commercial negotiations.
- Market and Product Insights : Collaborate with product development teams to translate customer needs into innovative products and solutions. Leverage market and competitor analyses to inform product strategies.
- Digital and AI Sales Innovation : Harness the potential of digital tools and AI-driven approaches to optimize sales processes and customer engagement.
YOURPROFILE
Experience : 10+ years of proven experience in sales and business development within security systems, IT, or related industries. Expertise in building long-term customer relationships and negotiating at executive levels.Leadership : Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring high-performance teams, with a focus on delivering measurable results.Skills : Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex markets and drive sustainable growth.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.Innovation : Experience in implementing and driving digital sales innovations.Languages : Fluent in English and German, with the ability to navigate technical documents and negotiate effectively.Flexibility : Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).YOURBENEFIT
