Your role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are a crucial part of our sales team. Your main goal is to identify new business opportunities and set up qualified meetings for our sales team. You are the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a key role in expanding our client base.
Your tasks
Proactively reach out to potential new clients via phone, email, and social media
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Research and analyze new target markets and customer segments
Continuously test and improve lead generation strategies
Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize the sales pipeline
Provide market and customer feedback to the product and marketing teams
Your profile
Initial experience in sales or customer service, ideally in B2B
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with clients
Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a proactive approach to challenges
Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of digital sales channels
Fluent in German and English
