Your tasks
- Support for purchasing in customer and development projects
- Milestone planning according to standard lead times for individual items, including required dates for feasibility tests, parts lists and technical drawings
- Status presentation on the current project status within Purchasing
- Tracking and status review of milestones in each team meeting to ensure on-time delivery of required deliverables
- Tracking of all purchased parts to ensure production starts on time
- Prioritization of responsible parts in all departments involved
- Implementation of corrective measures, including store floor management in purchasing
Your profile
- Completed vocational training, including further training in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing and / or project management
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to deal with conflict
